Is it a good time to "Pawri" or shall we stay put inside our homes?

"Inside Good, outside Bad!!!"

We all can relate to this line of Joey from F.R.I.E.N.D.S right now! Can't we?.

Covid restrictions and the multiple waves of the virus have really made the world outside a land mine. You take a step wrong and boom! You're blown up to pieces, or in this case, you catch a deadly virus that traps you inside your home.

Every single person, organization, and various industries have gone through a drastic change. A change that has done a lot of damage to our mental health. A change which has put financial stress on our minds. Don't you miss those Sidhu Moosewala's concerts in college fests? Or the IPL matches with the huge, amazing crowd? COVID-19 pandemic has put us in the stride to go out and have fun in flight mode and has taped us to our beds. But is it still all bad and gloomy? Or have we learned to tackle the lockdowns efficiently?

What I believe is that there's a light after every dark tunnel and good times after the bad ones. What makes us row the boat through the harsh and cold waves is "HOPE". With this hope, many of us have adjusted to the pandemic and the restrictions with ease. But when it comes to industries and various sectors, there were only a few who could survive the storm or get back up after getting knocked down.

This reminds me of a line which was said by Rocky Balboa aka Silvester Stallone "It's not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit". The event industry has proven that it can take a thousand hits to the gut, but it will get back up eventually. The event industry adapted and it adapted so beautifully! With events being conducted online with the same fun, just without the physical factor to it, everybody's life got a little better through fun and excitement which has been the need of the hour since the past year and a half. Online team-building activities and virtual competitions made our life get a sense of normalcy back again. The world is beginning to get back to the old routine and as we look for a positive tomorrow without positive cases, we can only hope that the worst is behind us and fun and excitement await us.
