Music is a universal language and it has a magical power to bring people closer. So, what can be a  better way than using music to foster team bonding.

In 'chorus' we create music. The twist here is that the teams won't get conventional music instruments to make music, instead they are given toy instruments like flutes whistles harmonicas drums etc.

There is a very thin line between making music and making noise, this activity stimulates the creativity aspect of your team members , their ability to create a melodious music out of simple toy instruments will indicate how beautifully they turn something so simple into something  harmonious by working together as a team. This activity energizes and rejuvenates every member who participates and even those who don't by creating a fun and celebration like atmosphere. It works wonders in reducing stress levels of your employees.
